Kotof Al Khair Association is recruiting Education Facilitators and Psychosocial Support Specialists/Facilitators to work within the Learning and Psychosocial Recovery Units for Children Project in Gaza City and North Gaza, in partnership with the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC).
Kotof Al Khair Health and Community Association is inviting applications for several positions under the Learning and Psychosocial Recovery Units for Children Affected by War Project, implemented in partnership with the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC).
The project aims to establish safe learning spaces for children aged 6–12 years, combining active learning with psychosocial support to promote resilience, well-being, and recovery from the effects of war and displacement.

Psychosocial Support Specialist/Facilitator
Responsible for facilitating psychosocial support sessions, providing emotional support, monitoring children's well-being, promoting resilience, and ensuring child protection throughout project implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field.
- Previous experience in psychosocial support for children, preferably in humanitarian settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to child safeguarding principles.
Education Facilitator
Responsible for delivering interactive learning sessions that strengthen children's literacy, numeracy, and life skills using active learning approaches while supporting their educational progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching primary-aged children, preferably in emergency or non-formal education settings.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Employment Conditions
- Contract Duration: 4 months.
- Working Hours: 6 hours per day, 6 days per week.
